The warehouses begin pulling and loading orders shortly after orders are placed to ensure fast delivery. Return and restocking fees apply. Refusing items by a carrier will be subject to an additional fee on top of return and restocking fees.

Although pickup at the warehouses are not available, we do offer pickup at Fedex print and ship centers. Tires are shipped from warehouses across the country.
We are able to offer great pricing by not having the same overhead as a brick and mortar location.
Can I select an exact delivery hour?
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Can you deliver to a tire installer of my choice?
Tracking info says delivered, but I don’t see my package.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of expected delivery. Please follow the below steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check other areas where you could receive mail.
- If after 48 hours you did not receive your delivery please speak to a Tire Agent representative.

My tire comes with free roadside assistance; where can I find the number to call for a flat tire change or towing?

For Allstate Road Hazard Tire Protection and manufacturer warranty claims, please fill out the warranty form and a Tire Agent representative will reach out to you within 2 business days to assist with your warranty claim. https://www.tireagent.com/warranties
For customers who have purchased wheel protection through Extend, please file a claim through the Extend Customer Claims Portal or by contacting Extend’s Customer Care Team at 877-248-7707.
